Fullsent LLC ("Fullsent," "we," "us") operates social media management tools used to schedule and publish organic content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that we or our clients own and manage. This policy explains what data our application accesses through Meta's platform, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When a Page or Instagram account is connected with the account holder's authorization, our application may access:
We only access accounts that have been explicitly connected and authorized by the account holder.
Accessed information is used solely to provide the service: drafting, scheduling, and publishing organic posts, and reporting performance back to the account owner. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Access tokens and connected-account data are stored only as long as an account remains connected. You may disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our access. To request deletion of any data associated with your account, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
Credentials and tokens are stored securely and are never exposed publicly. Access is limited to the operation of the service.
